In this course this month I have learned more of my leadership style; which is Maxwell’s form of leading. This form of leading has put me in my position phase as we speak on real time bases. The skills of knowing what people make up your team, is not a new element in being successful in business to me.

Since the readings on voxindie.org/DMCA-ignored-and-broken the DMCA which is a “take down notice” to infringing internet websites like YouTube, hotnewhiphop.com, and World Star HipHop.com,  to take down pirated music that is copyrighted and being downloaded illegally.

CAN I LIVE?

This question sticks out in my mind today because of the issue of leadership. How can the leaders of tomorrow become and remain strong in this tough world of today? The questions might be on a personal measure within the souls of us; as the future or off-springs of the baby boomers; which lived off of the old style of get you an education, find you a job you can stand, have a family and work till retirement. Now in our time finding a job is hard.
