Since
the readings on voxindie.org/DMCA-ignored-and-broken the DMCA which is a “take down notice”
to infringing internet websites like YouTube, hotnewhiphop.com, and World Star
HipHop.com, to take down pirated music that is copyrighted and being downloaded
illegally.
This “DMCA” which stands for "Digital Millennium Copyright Act," was put into place for the means
of protecting the authors, filmmakers, and musicians. But with the way that the constant growth of artists and books that are being written. The internet has grown a distasteful aftermath of thieves; that are helping to strip the earnings from artists and business owners that are investors to the hard workers of original music and works. This causes revenues from their work to be slim and therefore; stealing there earnings. Why you ask? Because the system has become flawed and the DMCA “take down notice” is not being enforced like it should. The way it works is that if the work is found on a site an email is sent to the provider; which is managing under “safe harbor.” This allows the host to know that the station is dealing with infringed files and they should be removed. The breakdown of the function is that; all the stations do not follow the procedures of taking down the works and knowingly allows the work to be downloaded and some sites sold for a profit and in return the artist, and authors suffer the back lag of losing out on their work being counted for and their earnings stolen by someone that has no rights in selling or taking funds for their works. See, if the host does take down the illegal work, then the company is covered from monetary liability. Now as long as the provider does this, then legislation is saying that they are following the law. Is it just "I", or is it that security is really a thing of the past?

In
the news on completemusicupdate.com/article/italian-regulator-proposes-much-more-severe-takedown-system-rule/ you can pick up a good reading on what
the Italian regulators propose to be done to the companies that don’t follow
the rules and laws. The companies that want to keep allowing thieves to keep
getting paid and the honest workers to keep taking losses. The rules and
security should be tightened up for online sales, information, products, and not
to mention our personal information as well, but then who would be the crime
watchers of all that we put on the web. The information world is too big to be
policed, but at the end of the day wasn’t the old way less complex and
profitable?
Readers, do the math and do the reading all I post is the breadcrumbs of the truth that
I hope leads you to your next move to find out your truth and guide your path
to your future in this “Entertainment Business on Fire.”
